Less is More with this 10 Minute HIIT Circuit- Let's Go!

I wanted to further explain...  to get away with less, means you have to give ALL of you to the little time you do have.

If all you have is 10 minutes to nail a workout, that is you need! You can get the best workout done in 10 minutes when you workout for purpose and give ALL OF YOU!

You can make the most out of the little time you have when you focus on fully connecting with the muscles you are working, remove any and all distractions (phone goes on airplane mode) and picking up your intensity.

Let’s talk about HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). A HIIT routine, whether it’s 4-minutes or 30 minutes, a HIIT circuit will get your heart-pumping and set your metabolism on fire.

Different than spending time doing slow-steady state workouts, HIIT or G-Fit circuit workouts make you sweat and burn more fat effectively.

10 Reasons Why you Should Workout out Less

 

It seems counterintuitive, but scaling back on your workouts can make them so much more effective and therefore lead to greater results.

Let me share with you why my Less is More approach really works…

 

Hardcore exercise and I had a good run. For a solid 6 years, I was killing myself- while all for good reasons. I was on a mission to be the best version of me and compete as a top professional figure competitor. 

My routine, while I was in prep was seven days a week of strength training + cardio, totaling about 3 hours a day.

While I was in prep, I didn’t deviate from this because it fit my current blueprint and I was on a mission.

I was 100% in the zone or what I like to call flow state

I had energy, confidence, and strength . Not only did I feel physically strong but my mental game was on fire.  This zone (what I would call insanity now) helped me to not only reach my goals but to function in my daily life successfully.

Does Doing Less actually Lead to Greater Results?

Do you believe that you have to KILL yourself to get results? Do you believe that if you can't spend countless hours in the day working out than, what's the point? 

That use to be me, thought in order to get results and KEEP THEM, I had do the same LONG workouts I use to do as a competitor. Then motherhood changed it all for me... I was forced to adopt a new mindset and one that would completely change my philosophy forever!
