Ingredients: 
1 cup coconut flour
1 cup vanilla protein powder
2 cups canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
1 cup nut butter of your choice (I used Legendary Foods)

¼ cup plus 3 Tablespoons coconut oil, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup 
erythritol  (or you can use baking Stevia)
